You will be served 4 large scallops, each one the size of 4 small bay scallops, and a large basket of fries. The flavor of the scallop batter brings Irish potato bread to mind. For dipping, you may try traditional tomato based seafood sauce, tartar sauce, or Irish dalkey mustard. The dalkey mustard is a dressing that is heavy on mayo and light on brown mustard. Afterwards, if you like your desserts rich and sweet, you might be tempted to try a deep fried candy bar!
Since I made this post, they no longer have scallops on the menu 😦
