The Sunshine Food Fair is a food court style quick service restaurant located downstairs in the Land pavilion. My favorite meal here is the beet and goat cheese salad with sugared pecans. I pass on the cracker and ask for extra pecans. Now, I call this triple happiness because I have double pecans and have never been denied the extra pecans. It’s not only the food, but the service that warrants a happy guest.
Sadly the above information is no longer current. The beet and goat cheese salad has been replaced by something that seems to be mainly raw shredded vegetables. I have not tried the new salad. However, if you enjoy cooking at home, the beet and goat cheese salad would be easy to recreate in your own kitchen. I remember seeing the exact recipe in one of the cookbooks that have been for sale inside Walt Disney World.
